Hong Luan Chua is a senior lawyer and experienced company secretary with 40 years of experience in commercial transactions, property, asset protection, liquor licensing and business sales/acquisitions.
Luan began her career practising in her home country Singapore serving clients from all walks of life, from individuals, SMEs and ultra high net worth investors. Her illustrious career has also seen her engaged by the oldest Chinese law firm in Singapore before co-founding a boutique practice with a few close friends. She was company secretary to the board of over 40 companies including entertainment giant HBO. After relocating to Western Australia, Luan practised at a prominent Perth law firm for 16 years before joining our team. Luan is respected by clients for her ability to deliver advice in simple terms without the legal jargon. At our law firm, she is a valued mentor to the rest of the team, having previously taught and coached key members of firm's leadership team during the early stages of their legal career. Luan was admitted to practice as a barrister-at-law at Lincoln's Inn and later with the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
