His previous roles in customer-facing industries further strengthened his communication skills, attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure—qualities that are invaluable when assisting clients through complex legal matters. Will holds A-Level qualifications in Law, Economics and History reflecting his strong analytical and commercial capabilities. His academic achievements are complemented by practical leadership experience through competitive sport, including over 15 years of rugby, qualification as a rugby referee, participation in mock bar trials, completion of the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award, and coaching junior tennis. These experiences have fostered resilience, teamwork and confident decision-making. At the firm, Will assists with legal research, client engagement, matter management and commercial analysis. He is committed to providing responsive support to both clients and the firm's legal team while continuing to develop his expertise across multiple practice areas.
